TUN TUWANA ECOMMERCE BIZNASS PRIVATE LIMITED’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on TUN TUWANA ECOMMERCE BIZNASS PRIVATE LIMITED for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was delivered. Feel free to try on a product, but please keep it unused and in its original condition, along with the tags and packaging. If a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Returns will be picked up within 1 to 5 working days after application.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Certain categories, such as perishable goods, personalised items, or hygienic products, may be exempt from return, as indicated at the time of purchase.
  • In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify our customer support within 5 to 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or replacement. The issue will be verified with the seller/merchant before the request is approved.
  • In the case of an exchange item, the products will be exchanged within 5 to 7 working days.
